1. AGE OF THE EMPLOYEE

The minimum age of the hired driver is 23 years.

2. DRIVING LICENSE

All driving licenses are accepted provided they have been issued at least one year in advance.

3. TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Fines and consequences of administrative sanctions are borne by the tenant.

4. FURNITURE EQUIPMENT

Child seat if an additional charge of 3.5 euros per day is requested.

5. DELIVERY RECEIPT

The cars according to the customer’s wish are delivered within 15 kilometers from our headquarters free of charge. For longer distances the charge is made with 0.30 minutes per kilometer.

6. GASOLINE

The cost of used gasoline is borne by the tenant.

7. OVERSEAS LEASES

Those customers who wish to drive the car outside Greece must obtain written consent from our company in a timely manner.

8. SECURITY

Rental prices include the following insurance coverages:

a) Injuries to third parties and riding in the vehicle outsidedriver up to 1,220,000 per victim

b) Material damage to third parties in an accident (excludingDRIVE4U) up to 1,220,000

c) Material damages from an uninsured vehicle up to 6,000

d) Legal protection

e) Roadside assistance

f) For damages to the rented car, the customer is responsibleup to the purchase value of the car at the timeaccident, minus 20%
