7. Fuel and kilometres
- Please return the car with the same fuel level you received it with. Fuel used during the rental is paid by the renter.

8. Insurance and excess
- Every rental includes third-party liability insurance as required by Greek law, legal protection and roadside assistance.

- Drivers under 23 must take full insurance, with a €300 excess.
- What each cover excludes is stated in your booking and in the rental agreement. No insurance applies to damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
9. Using the car
- The car is driven on paved roads, within Greece, in line with the Highway Code. No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, no racing, towing, sub-renting or carrying passengers for payment.
- Taking the car on a ferry or to an island is possible only by prior arrangement with us. Leaving Greece requires our written consent in advance.
- No smoking in the car. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
- Child seats and booster seats: €10 per rental — ask when you book.
10. Accidents, damage and breakdowns
- In case of an accident, call us at once on +30 23740 53224 and do not move the car until the police or the insurer’s representative has recorded it, where required. Without a report, insurance may not apply.
- Roadside assistance is included with your insurance. Call us on +30 23740 53224 and we arrange it, day or night.
- Report any warning light or fault straight away. Do not have the car repaired without our agreement.
11. Fines and tolls
Traffic and parking fines and road tolls during the rental are paid by the driver. If a fine reaches us after the rental, we pass on the driver’s details to the authority as the law requires.
12. Personal data
We use your details to run your rental, as explained in our Privacy policy.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. We will always try to solve any issue with you directly first; you can also turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr). Otherwise, the courts of Halkidiki have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
